Fernando M. Padilla is the former deputy executive director for operations and director of program management, restructuring, and fiscal affairs at the Puerto Rico Electrical Power Authority (PREPA). Currently a strategic consultant, he has held various strategic leadership positions in the government of Puerto Rico, including as a key leader in the energy sector during the financial restructuring and natural disaster recovery efforts of the island’s electrical infrastructure. He holds a bachelor’s degree and an MBA in finance from the University of Puerto Rico.
