Ken Ehrler is a managing director at M3 Partners. He has more than 15 years of experience leading financial restructuring and value creation engagements for clients across retail, crypto, financial services, industrial, hospitality, and oil & gas sectors. Ehrler has led operational turnarounds, strategic M&A transactions, and performance improvement programs around the world as both an advisor and industry executive and has advised lenders and creditors in both out-of-court and in-court restructurings.
Matt Manning is a managing director at M3 Partners with more than 19 years of experience advising corporate and financial clients in operational and financial matters. He is an experienced investor, with a strong background in capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, accounting, and financial operations, and he has also served in the C-suite. Manning’s expertise spans industries, including restaurants, pharmaceuticals, retail, technology, and oil & gas, and he has also evaluated equity and credit investment opportunities and worked in distressed debt.
Colin Adams has been a senior managing director at M3 Partners since 2017. He leads client teams across advisory, restructuring, turnaround, and performance improvement engagements and manages M3 professionals.
