Amy E. Vulpio is a partner with White and Williams LLP. Based in Philadelphia, she focuses her practice on creditor and debtor representation, bankruptcy appellate work, and bankruptcy-related commercial litigation. In addition to her involvement in TMA, Vulpio chairs the Steering Committee of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference and is immediate past president of the board of directors of the Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project (CBAP), a nonprofit that provides pro bono bankruptcy representation to low-income Philadelphians.

With a strong command of business finance and bankruptcy law and more than 31 years’ experience counseling clients dealing with distressed debt, she concentrates on complex bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings and corporate restructurings, representing creditors and debtors through all phases of Chapter 11 and 7 bankruptcy proceedings, both in and out of court, and also serves as a Subchapter V and Chapter 11 trustee in the Southern District of New York.
