Charles A. Dale is a partner with Proskauer Rose LLP. With 30 years of experience in corporate reorganizations and debt restructurings, his practice focuses on direct lenders and ad hoc groups of direct lenders, hedge funds, and BDCs. He also represents troubled companies, equity sponsors, creditors’ committees, trustees, and receivers in complex out-of-court debt restructurings and formal insolvency proceedings. Dale has served as a court-appointed Chapter 11 trustee, frequently represents purchasers of financially distressed businesses, and has extensive experience handling debt restructurings, reorganizations, and distressed asset transactions.
Peter J. Young is a partner with Proskauer Rose LLP and concentrates his practice on complex corporate workouts, restructurings, and bankruptcies. He represents public and private companies, boards of directors, lenders, unsecured creditors, sellers, purchasers, and investors in a wide variety of out-of-court and in-court workout, restructuring, and reorganization matters. Young also represents parties in bankruptcy-related litigation. Timothy Karcher is a partner in the New York office of Proskauer Rose LLP, where his practice concentrates on complex restructuring and insolvency law, as well as financial reform and regulation.
