Kelly DiBlasi is a Restructuring partner at Weil. Her practice focuses on debtors, creditors, equity interest holders, and other constituents in domestic and international restructurings and crisis management, both in and out of court. DiBlasi represents clients across many industries, including aviation. Lead matters include Scandinavian Airlines, Norwegian Airlines, and a large group of secured creditors of Nordic Aviation Capital. Jason George is a Restructuring associate at Weil. Prior to joining Weil, he served as a law clerk to the Hon. Martin Glenn of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York. His practice includes domestic and international corporate restructurings, liability management and governance, and distressed financings and M&A. George has experience advising debtors, creditors, and other interested parties in a variety of industries, including aviation, energy exploration and services, retail, and manufacturing.
