Ola Majiyagbe is an associate in Dechert’s global financial restructuring group. He advises financial institutions, private equity funds, private equity sponsors, bondholders, corporate borrowers, insolvency practitioners, directors, and other key stakeholders in relation to cross-border restructurings, out-of-court workouts and resolutions, formal insolvency proceedings, contingency planning, and corporate governance matters. Majiyagbe regularly authors and contributes to content covering various matters, including jurisdictional analyses, English law restructuring process, prepack administrations, and recognition.
Tayyibah Arif is counsel in Dechert’s global financial restructuring group. She is based in the firm’s London office and advises clients on high-profile, complex restructurings and formal insolvency procedures. Arif focuses her practice on representing distressed corporates, private equity funds, sponsors, bondholders, financial institutions, and insolvency practitioners in domestic and cross-border restructuring matters, including out-of-court restructurings, distressed investing, formal restructuring, and insolvency procedures. Arif currently serves as chair of UK TMA NOW.
