Daniel Ford is a partner in Hahn & Hessen LLP’s Business Finance Practice Group. He represents financial institutions and borrowers in all aspects of commercial lending transactions, including workouts and reorganizations. Ford has experience in structuring a wide variety of domestic and cross-border financing transactions, including acquisition and recapitalization financings, cash-flow and asset-based loans, unitranche financings, DIP financings, and exit financings across a broad array of industries.
Mark S. Indelicato is managing partner of Hahn & Hessen LLP. He specializes in the practice of bankruptcy and creditors' rights.
