Neil Luria is a senior managing director of SOLIC Capital Advisors and leads the Restructuring and Distressed Asset Support Services divisions. He has significant experience negotiating and structuring acquisitions, divestitures, and structured settlements; overseeing asset liquidations; and restructuring leases. Luria has overseen operating and capital restructurings as CRO and has been involved in restructurings and sales of numerous physician and dental practices and healthcare services companies. He holds a law degree from the Boston University School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Gregory F. Hagood, CFA, is a senior managing director of SOLIC Capital Advisors, where he oversees the Investment Banking practice, including merger and acquisition advisory services as well as private placements of debt and equity. He has extensive transaction experience across multiple areas of the healthcare services industry, including provider practice management, hospitals and health systems, long-term care, and home health. Hagood is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and a CIRA and holds the Certification in Distressed Business Valuation.
