Siegfried Schaffer is an executive vice president of SB360 Capital Partners, a Schottenstein affiliate focused on helping businesses manage change, restructure assets, and turn around dwindling profitability. Schaffer is engaged in all aspects of structuring unique client solutions, developing target and working financial models, and providing project management expertise for client companies. Some of the well-known names he has been directly involved with from an executive level perspective include Circuit City, Borders Books, Fashion Bug, and Ace Hardware.
Aaron Miller is an executive vice president and founding principal of SB360 Capital Partners, a Schottenstein affiliate focused on helping businesses manage change, restructure assets, and turn around dwindling profitability. Miller is responsible for structuring synergistic opportunities across the broader Schottenstein platform and has provided strategic guidance for asset recovery through bankruptcies, receiverships, out-of-court restructurings, and acquisitions.
