Jessica Itzkowitz is an associate with Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and a corporate and intellectual property attorney who assists clients with litigation-related issues, including financial condition. She regularly works with financial services firms, real estate companies, hospitality/food/beverage enterprises, consumer goods designers and manufacturers, alternative energy providers, and technology startups. Itzkowitz is a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
Marc Skapof is a partner with Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and an experienced restructuring lawyer who advises companies and creditors on maximizing or preserving value in insolvency situations. He represents debtors, official and ad hoc creditors’ committees, DIP and exit lenders, and asset purchasers in out-of-court and in-court workouts. Skapof also has significant experience representing borrowers, lenders, and purchasers in various debt financing and private equity transactions. In addition, he has litigated numerous commercial and bankruptcy disputes in federal and state courts.
Marc Hirschfield is a partner with Royer Cooper Cohen Braunfeld LLC and an experienced bankruptcy lawyer who assists clients with insolvency and reorganization issues. He represents debtors, creditors’ committees, DIP lenders, boards of directors, secured and unsecured creditors, and acquirers of assets in both out-of-court workouts and bankruptcy cases. Hirschfield is also an experienced mediator and is included on the mediation panels maintained by the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the District of Delaware.
