Elaine Carey, CFE, CAMS, is a managing director at FTI Consulting and co-leads the FTI cannabis practice, overseeing cannabis-focused due diligence, anti-money laundering (AML) compliance, fraud, supply chain issues, cyber threats, valuations, IPO readiness, intellectual property issues, mergers and acquisitions, and reputational enhancement. Carey focuses on key areas in cannabis, including advising on building compliance and internal control programs, assisting in designing AML policies and procedures, and reviewing AML programs to ensure compliance with U.S. Treasury Department guidelines.
Jodi Porepa, CPA, CA, CIRP, LIT, is a managing director in FTI’s Corporate Finance Turnaround & Restructuring practice. She has more than 15 years of experience in assisting financially troubled companies and in developing and implementing reorganization strategies, both in- and out-of-court restructurings, and formal proceedings. He advises corporations and financial institutions in financial distress and in performing in-depth analysis to develop restructuring and recapitalization plans. Rosenberg is a trusted leader for in- and out-of-court restructurings and has interim management experience.
