Jeffrey Peterson is a principal attorney at Gray Plant Mooty. He focuses his practice on commercial transactions, creditors' rights, bankruptcy, cooperatives, and agricultural and food law. Peterson is a frequent author and speaker on agriculture and finance topics. He is a former chair of the American Bar Association Agricultural and Agribusiness Financing Subcommittee. He is co-managing attorney for Gray Plant Mooty’s St. Cloud office and chair of the firm’s Commercial Financial Services Practice Group.
Phillip Kunkel is a principal attorney at Gray Plant Mooty. He concentrates his practice on receiverships, commercial financing, agricultural and agribusiness financing, as well as workouts and bankruptcy. He frequently represents lenders and administrative agents. He often writes and lecturers on topics that include agricultural finance, bankruptcy, and renewable energy.
