M. Steven Liff is a senior managing director with Sun Capital Partners Inc. He is a member of the firm’s investment committee and heads the North American transaction team, overseeing offices in Boca Raton, Florida; Los Angeles; and New York. Before joining Sun Capital in 2000, he was with NationsBank and Bank of America Commercial Finance, focusing on marketing, underwriting, and closing new leveraged transactions. Liff holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Arizona.
