Joshua Robinson is an associate at Burns & Levinson LLP and a member of the firm’s Corporate, Finance, Restructuring, and M&A practices. As part of the Cannabis Business Advisory group, he also represents lenders providing credit to businesses in the marijuana industry. Robinson counsels equity investors, operators, consultants, businesses, and other enterprises seeking to enter the cannabis market and advises them on mergers, acquisitions, capital raises, and other corporate and commercial transactions.
Scott Moskol is a partner at Burns & Levinson LLP, co-chair of the firm’s Financial Restructuring & Distressed Transactions and Cannabis Business Advisory practices, and a member of the Corporate, Finance, and Infrastructure & Public-Private Partnerships practices. He represents clients in restructurings, workouts, bankruptcies, receiverships, and other insolvency-related matters. Since 2013, Moskol has provided corporate counsel to clients in the cannabis industry, representing investors, lenders, operators of cultivation and dispensary facilities, consultants, and family offices.
Frank Segall is a partner with Burns & Levinson LLP and leads the firm as part of its Executive Committee and as chair of the Corporate, Finance, Restructuring, and Venture Capital & Private Equity groups. He and his team regularly negotiate mergers, acquisitions, sales, syndications, loans, restructurings, and equity investments. Segall also counsels clients in the cannabis industry across the country, including investors, lenders, and operators of cultivation and dispensary facilities.
