*Turnaround Management Association, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and the Atlanta Turnaround Management Association, Inc. are not responsible for any hole in one prize payouts. All disputes are to be handled solely between tournament participants ("Participant"), insurance provider and prize provider, respectively. Participant accepts responsibility to ensure all contract terms between insurance provider and prize provider are adhered to before and during hole in one shot attempt including, but not limited to, that there be two witnesses in observation, one at the green that clearly observes golf ball entering the cup and one at the tee in full view of Participant's swing and shot. A full copy of contract terms are available at written request to Karen Sartori (atlanta@turnaround.org) with copy to James Hadfield (jhadfield@configurepartners.com) and Mike Brooks (mbrooks@resolutionmgt.com). Participant further acknowledges that all liabilities associated with prize acceptance including, but not limited to, personal tax obligations and amateur status.
Requests for refunds must be made in writing on or before April 22, 2019. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable) by April 22, 2019. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and, if the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required. Please note that if you register for the event after the cancellation deadline has passed, you will not be eligible for a refund should you need to cancel your registration. The cancellation policy applies to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Registrants who fail to attend the event and do not provide written notice in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
