A panel will discuss regulatory compliance pitfalls and risks encountered in turnaround management engagements and distressed investing opportunities. Topics will include areas to consider when performing a turnaround engagement or taking control of a troubled company related to compliance, HIPAA, cybersecurity and similar risks, how issues in these areas can impact success of the engagement or investment and whether there are opportunities for insurance to offset the risk. Panelists will include: F.
