Free Turnaround Consulting for Qualified Organizations

The Pro Bono Program is a volunteer effort supported by the members of the Chicago/Midwest Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association.

The mission of the program is to provide turnaround consulting and other necessary services at no charge to non-profit organizations and small for-profit businesses experiencing serious financial, operational or other problems.

Pro Bono Program successes include companies ranging from machine shops and garment manufacturers to schools for the hearing impaired and organizations to help troubled youths.  In all of these situations and many more, the goal of restoring or improving the viability and performance of the company while maintaining or creating employment opportunities was achieved.
