"Leadership in 5G:  Leveraging Generational Differences in the Workplace"

Brown Bag Lunch (Please bring your lunch; Beverages will be provided)

For the first time in American history, there are four generations in the workplace at the same time - and the fifth generation is on its way in.  Join Dr. Nicholas Pearce, and award-winning professor at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, for an interactive brown bag lunch-and-learn discussion on how to enhance our cross-generational effectiveness by understanding and leveraging the diversity that each generation brings to the workplace.

Dr. Pearce is an internationally sought-after expert on leadership, collaboration, and change in organizations.  In addition to his professorship, he has served as an executive adviser and coach for several of the world's premier for-profit, non-profit, and governmental organizations, and also serves as the Assistant Pastor of Chicago's historic Apostolic Church of God.

If you have been grappling with how to collaborate more effectively with those around you of different generations, joining us for this brown bag lunch is an absolute must.

Space is limited, reserve today!  If you register, but will miss the event, please let us know immediately so we may contact those on the wait list.
