The TMA DIC room block at the Encore at the Wynn is sold out for Monday and Tuesday; however, rooms are available over the core conference days, Wednesday and Thursday. Because rooms outside of our room block are selling at historically high rates--for upwards of $1,000 per night, demand for rooms within the TMA room block is at an all-time high. Do NOT wait to register and secure your hotel reservation.

Once registered for TMA DIC, you’ll receive a link to book your accommodations in the TMA room block. We are working on an alternative solution, and some additional rooms may be available for Monday and Tuesday nights. 

If you are arriving Monday or Tuesday
If you are in need of a room for Monday or Tuesday, please let us know by sending an email to TMA Meeting Planner Anthony Stewart at astewart@turnaround.org. Please include your full name, the email you used when registering for the conference, and the nights for which you need a room, and we will do our best to accommodate you if we are able to secure additional rooms.

If you are arriving Wednesday or Later
If you plan to arrive Wednesday or later, you still have the ability to book within the TMA room block and enjoy the discounted rate of $249.00/night plus taxes. You must register in order to receive your booking link. TMA strongly encourages you to make your hotel reservation early, as the hotel and discount block may sell out prior to the reservation deadline: January 9, 2023.
