Gabriel L. Mathless is an associate on Moore & Van Allen’s Bankruptcy & Financial Restructuring team, where his practice focuses on commercial workouts and bankruptcies, including corporate restructurings and reorganizations, distressed sale transactions, liquidations, receiverships, and out-of-court workouts. He also has extensive experience negotiating, drafting, and enforcing intercreditor arrangements, as well as structuring and documenting syndicated lending facilities and equipment finance transactions. Mathless is admitted to practice in North Carolina and Illinois.
