He quickly analyzes information, identifies opportunities, and develops effective, realistic solutions for clients with a data-driven approach. With experience driving revenue and profitability improvements for retailers through initiatives in sourcing, organizational effectiveness, merchandising transformation, and cost reduction, Von Stein understands the challenges that retailers face in an ever-changing marketplace.
