Matthew J. Arden is a vice president with SSG Capital Advisors. He works closely with senior bankers, advising clients on M&A, private placements, financial restructurings, and valuation engagements. Prior to joining SSG, he held positions with Graham Partners Operating Company and PNC Business Credit. Arden serves on the TMA NextGen Committee for the TMA Philadelphia/Wilmington Chapter.
