Douglas Huey is a partner in McKinsey’s Perth, Australia, office and a leader in McKinsey’s Operations practice and McKinsey Recovery & Transformation Services (RTS). Since joining the firm in 2009, he has spent the majority of his time serving clients in asset-intensive industries, including mining, energy, and chemicals, with experience in North America, Australia, and South Africa. Earlier in his career, Huey worked as a CPA for Ernst & Young.
Ryan Davies is a partner in McKinsey’s Washington, D.C., office and a leader in McKinsey’s Strategy & Corporate Finance practice and McKinsey Recovery & Transformation Services (RTS). Since joining the firm in 2005, he has served clients across the globe on a range of strategy, corporate finance, and performance transformation topics. He serves clients primarily in chemicals, energy, and other industrial sectors. Davies also serves on the editorial board of McKinsey on Finance.
