Hon. Kevin J. Carey (Ret.) is a partner in Hogan Lovells US LLP’s Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice in the firm’s Philadelphia office. He served on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania in 2001 and then on the Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware until 2019. Carey is a past TMA Global chair, a Fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, and a part-time adjunct in the LL.M. in Bankruptcy program at St. John’s University School of Law.
