Recipient Recognition
Award recipients will be recognized at The 2016 TMA Annual, Wednesday – Friday, November 2–4, at Disney's Yacht Club Resort in Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Presentation and acceptance of the Turnaround and Transaction Awards will be held during the Awards Breakfast on Thursday, November 3, from 8:00 – 9:00 a.m. 

We encourage you to plan to attend The Annual in its entirety. The awards breakfast event is included in the cost of full conference and full spouse/guest registration. Otherwise, award recipients will receive two complimentary passes to attend the Awards Breakfast and Presentation only. Please fill out the Awards Breakfast and Presentation Form for you and your guest and submit to Crystal Killeen at ckilleen@turnaround.org by September 29, 2016.

Profiling Award Recipients & Publicity
Your achievement will be recognized in the following ways:

• A press release announcing all winners will be distributed to relevant media
• Your team will be presented with their award from TMA leadership on stage at The TMA Annual where photographs will be taken
• A section of the conference’s Attendee Lounge will be showcasing all award winners
• Award winners will have the opportunity to participate in a roundtable discussion of the turnaround or transaction they were involved in. Please email Crystal Killeen at ckilleen@turnaround.org by September 29, 2016 if interested.
• Award winners will receive an image to include in their email signatures showcasing their recent award
• Award winners will be featured in break slides throughout the conference
• Your firm name and award category will be listed in the Pocket Program distributed to all attendees on-site
• Award winners will appear in the conference mobile app
• Award winners are invited to attend the invite-only TMA Chairman’s Reception Tuesday, November 1 at 6:00 p.m.
• Your award will be featured in a section on the TMA Global website 
• Award recipients will be featured in the TMA Journal of Corporate Renewal magazine and the TMA Weekly Report e-newsletter

TMA Global will use the information submitted within your entry package to create the profile included in TMA’s press release about award recipients. The Public Relations contact named in the entry will be given the opportunity to comment on the press release before it is distributed; a TMA staff member from the Marketing and Communications Department will contact you with details. 
    
If you haven’t already done so, please submit your photo to Maura Sage at msage@turnaround.org by September 29. A color, head/shoulders photo is preferred. Additionally, it is preferred that photos be taken against a plain background (i.e., no bookshelves or plants in the background). Electronic photos should be of high resolution (at least 300 dpi). 

If you have any promotional or informational pieces about the transaction that we can use to promote or present the award, such as articles, photos or videos, please send them to Maura Sage at msage@turnaround.org by September 15th.

If your firm opts to create and distribute a unique press release, TMA asks that you include the description of the awards program and of the association that is in the general press release. Additionally, TMA kindly requests that award recipients refrain from distributing press releases in advance of TMA’s release.

Members of the press are invited to attend the awards presentation at The TMA Annual.
