Cancellations must be made in writing. A $115 refund can be made on cancellations prior to July 26, 2019. A $75 refund can be made on cancellations until August 26, 2019. No refunds on cancellations after August 26, 2019 will be initiated. However, substitutions from the firm are permissible and must be sent in writing and authorized by Lido Consulting Inc. Participants are responsible for their own airfare and accommodations. Registration is subject to approval by Lido Consulting, Inc.
