Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). If the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required.
