Shifting Opportunities for Today’s Restructuring Professionals

It is essential that turnaround and corporate renewal professionals shift their focus to keep pace with the evolving industry. In the soft restructuring market, successful turnaround managers generate value in healthy-company operational restructurings and, more importantly, avoid a crisis.

 

JCR authors will discuss hot topics in the industry, including:

  • “Firing” customers
  • Divestiture of noncore or underperforming company assets
  • Identification of operational trends for lenders and BDCs

No advance preparation is required. Previous experience in the turnaround management, restructuring, and corporate renewal industries is recommended.

Turnaround Management Association is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be submitted to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors through its website: www.learningmarket.org.

One credit of CPE, CLE, CTP credit will be available.

 

Event Cancellation Policy: 

Individual JCR Live Registrants
Cancellations will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If your cancellation is received up to ten business days prior to the webinar, a refund will be issued less a $15 processing fee. Cancellations received within ten business days of the program will not be refunded. TMA does not issue credits for future webinars. Please note that if you register for a webinar within ten days of the program, you will not be eligible for any type of refund should you need to cancel your registration. Cancellation policies apply to all registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted.

JCR Live Package Registrants
Cancellations will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. If your cancellation is received up to two business days prior to the webinar, TMA will allow you to transfer your webinar registration to another 2013 webinar. Cancellations received within two business days of the program will not be eligible for transfer to a future webinar. TMA does not issue credits for future webinars. Refunds will not be issued for webinar package registration cancellations. Cancellation policies apply to all webinar package registrants regardless of when the registration is submitted. Webinar package substitutions between individuals are not accepted.Registrants who fail to participate in the webinar and do not notify TMA in accordance with these policies and deadlines are responsible for full payment.
