NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will be held on January 10, 2019 at The Pleasantdale Chateau, West Orange, New Jersey at 5:30 pm for the purposes of (1) receiving the reports of the Executive Committee and Treasurer, (2) electing the 2019-2020 slate of Directors. Those Directors nominated for renewal to a new term 2019-2020, are: Steven Agran, Kenneth Baum, Sharon Bender, Sydney Darling, William Giovanniello, Harvey Gross, Christopher Hemrick, Nicholas Jalowski, Oren Klein, Dipesh Patel, Stephen Ravin, Paul Rome, Paul Schuldiner, Paul Shur, Allen Wilen. Brian Ayers and Jeanine Krattiger are nominated to fill two unexpired terms ending December 31, 2019. The Directors will be elected by simple majority of those members present at the annual meeting.

To minimize the possibility of ongoing receivables, we have implemented a policy of taking a credit card number at the door if we have not received your payment prior to the event. This number will be held for 30 days. At that time if payment has been received, we will not process the card. If it has not been received, we will charge the card for the event.
