NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will be held on January 11, 2018 at the Pleasantdale Chateau, West Orange, New Jersey at 5:30 pm for the purposes of (1) receiving the reports of the Executive Committee and Treasurer, (2) electing the 2018-2019 slate of Directors. Those Directors nominated for the 2018-2019 term are: Richard Hauer, Jane Mitnick, Anne Roslin, Joseph Schwartz, Bob Schnitzer, Lisa Stern, Harvey Topitz, Len Walczyk, Keara Waldron. The Directors will be elected by simple majority of those members present at the annual meeting.

NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR FUTURE EVENTS. SUBSTITUTIONS ARE PERMITTED. To minimize the possibility of ongoing receivables, we have implemented a policy of taking a credit card number at the door if we have not received your payment prior to the event. This number will be held for 30 days. At that time if payment has been received, we will not process the card. If it has not been received, we will charge the card for the event.
