NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING
The Annual Meeting of the New Jersey Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association will be held on January 12, 2017 at The Highlawn Pavilion, West Orange, New Jersey at 5:30 pm for the purposes of (1) receiving the reports of the Executive Committee and Treasurer, (2) electing the 2017-2018 slate of Directors. Those Directors nominated for the 2017-2018 term are: Ken Baum, Sharon Bender, Sydney Darling, William Giovanniello, Chris Hemrick, Oren Klein, Paul Schuldiner, Paul Shur, Allen Wilen. Keara Waldron is nominated to fill the unexpired term ending December 31, 2017. The Directors will be elected by simple majority of those members present at the annual meeting.

To minimize the possibility of ongoing receivables, we have implemented a policy of taking a credit card number at the door if we have not received your payment prior to the event. This number will be held for 30 days. At that time if payment has been received, we will not process the card. If it has not been received, we will charge the card for the event.
