Energy Sector & Insolvency Challenges: The Outlook for 2017
The low cost energy environment has continued to create financial turmoil for oil-and-gas companies, their lenders and developers. Regulation, decreased access to capital, costly investments in new technology, and declining prices from oversupply have triggered an uptick in layoffs, restructuring and bankruptcies. But will 2017 represent the road to a full recovery? With a new administration in place, what can we expect for future regulatory challenges and opportunities?
Please join us to hear our panelists discuss their observations on unique issues arising in recent energy and insolvency cases and their outlook for 2017, including the pressing issues facing energy related ventures today and key regional and national trends that can impact U.S. energy companies in the months and years to come.
