Lunch Discussion with the Maine Bankruptcy Judges

Join TMA-Maine members and guests for lunch with the Honorable Peter G. Cary and Honorable Michael A. Fagone, the judges for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maine.  The program will focus on the Judges’ views about small business chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, including differences in administration, deadlines, and best practices. 

Additionally, the Judges have agreed to answer anonymous questions from attendees, which may be submitted via https://goo.gl/forms/gyf17f5j6rzrgtjX2.  Register today!

Event Cancellation Policy: 

Requests for refunds must be made in writing no later than 72 hours prior to the date of the event (e-mail is acceptable). No cancellations will be accepted within 72 hours of the event. Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing (e-mail is acceptable). If the substitute is not a TMA Member, the difference in registration fee will be required.
