TMA UK in Wales and the South West are delighted to invite you to join us for a joint event with our colleagues at R3 and the Institute for Turnaround.

The evening will focus on the key employment aspects in a restructuring context.  The first part of the evening will be a strategy meeting of a company in distress involving the management team, a turnaround specialist and the prospective Administrator.  They will talk through the HR issues arising to include consultation before moving on to a cross examination in a mock employment tribunal scenario regarding a failure to consult.
