The Small Business Reorganization Act was recently enacted.  It is a subchapter to Chapter 11 and attempts to streamline the bankruptcy process for small businesses.

Our panel will discuss the impacts of the new act, which includes affording small business debtors significantly greater rights in confirming a plan over the objection of creditors.  They will also discuss the limits of the act such as whom may qualify as a small business debtor as well as how those limitations may change in the future.

Panel Members:
  • Patrick Finn - Lighthouse Management Group
  • David Galle - Fox Rothschild, LLP
  • Ryan Murphy - Fredrikson & Byron, PA
