Covid Policy: Attendance by all individuals constitutes a waiver indicating that they are attending the TMA Extravaganza (Chapter and/or Event Sponsor events) at their own risk and voluntarily assume all risks associated with potential exposure to Covid-19 and that they hereby release, waive and hold TMA harmless from any illness, injury or damages incurred by them in connection with their attendance at this event. 

Cancellation Policy: All registration cancellations received Thursday, June 15th through Sunday, July 2nd are subject to a $150 cancellation fee.  All registration cancellations received Monday, July 3rd and through July 20th are subject to a 100% full cancellation fee.
