Promotion Codes
If you have a promotion code, it must be presented when registering and prior to the listed expiration date. Refunds will not be given for promotion codes received after registration is submitted.
Video and Photographs: By attending this event, you agree that your voice and/or image may be recorded, used and distributed with the broadcast or other media distribution of this event.
Event Cancellation Policy:
Event Cancellation Policy Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) to conferences@turnaround.org. Cancellations will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted. Cancellations received on or before January 13, 2020, will be refunded less a $450 processing fee. Refunds will be issued no later than March 1, 2020. Cancellations received after January 13, 2020 will not be refunded. If you register after the cancellation deadline, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Spouse/Guest Registration: Attendee will receive a refund for the full registration less a $150 processing fee through Monday, January 13, 2020. Spouse/Guest Registrations are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline of Monday, January 13, 2020.
Golf & Networking Activities: Will not be refunded but can be transferred to another registrant in your firm.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions are permitted. Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email is acceptable) for TMA consideration to conferences@turnaround.org. Phone substitutions are not accepted. Please note that substitutions made after January 13, 2020, may not be reflected on the registration list. The substitute must be from the same firm as the original registrant and the substitution notice must contain accurate contact information for the new registrant; otherwise, TMA cannot guarantee an accurate listing on the registration list. Substitute registrants with different membership status and/or registration category will be invoiced the difference in registration fees.
