Cancellation Policy
Notification of cancellation must be submitted via email. Cancellations will not be reviewed or processed until they are received in writing. Phone cancellations are not accepted.
Cancellations received on or before Wednesday, October 30th will receive a refund for the total cost of the conference less a $50 processing fee.
Cancellations received on or after Thursday, October 31st will not be refunded.
