The conference is held at the historic Gideon Putnam Resort, a National Landmark Hotel, in the heart of Saratoga Spa State Park. The program features many opportunities to network with industry leaders and peers. Festivities begin Wednesday afternoon with a tennis and golf luncheon and tournaments followed by a networking cocktail reception in the evening. A panel discussion and keynote speaker will be featured Thursday morning, and the program will conclude with a luncheon and fun at the Saratoga Race Track.

ROOM RESERVATIONS: The hotel is currently sold-out. Please email upstateNY@turnaround.org to be placed on the wait-list for a room. Call the Gideon Putnam Resort directly at 866-746-1077, quoting the room rate of $194 plus tax and Group Code 9NA3CX for TMA2017. Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card and made by August 14, 2017 to take advantage of the discounted room rate, based on a first-come first-served basis. Rooms are limited and will sell-out. A deposit equal to the first night's stay is required. All changes or cancellations to room reservations must be made with the resort more than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival to receive a refund. All changes, no-shows or cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged the full amount of the reservation.
Wednesday, August 30
The deadline to cancel for a refund will be Wednesday, August 23, 2017 at 5:00 PM (the “Cancellation Date”). After the Cancellation Date, no refunds will be granted but substitutions are welcomed. Please consider sending a colleague in your place should you need to cancel after the Cancellation Date. There will be no exceptions.
